Hi everyone! How is everyone doing? Here are some of the latest orders!
This Liverpool theme cake is ordered by my loyal customer - Dr. Bahma. Thanks for the order and thanks for the support B! This was a carrot cake filled with cream cheese. Usually I'd frost the carrot cake with cream cheese. However, since she wanted a football themed cake, I filled it up with cream cheese instead - topped the cake with fondant.
A cake emergency! This order from Shaliza for her son's 2nd b'day bash came at 6p.m. the day before pick-up. I was in class when the call came in. This was what I managed to pull off. Chocolate Fudge Cake with Chocolate Fudge Frosting. :)
This pink and white theme wedding cake was ordered by Azrina for her sister's wedding. The 1st tier: Chocolate Fudge cake with Chocolate Fudge filling. The 2nd tier: Lemon cake with lemon curd and cream filling. :)

An order came in for an iPhone cake. I have made it once before but did not take any photo - so this time, I made sure I took some photos of the cake. Getting the Apps done took a couple of hours!
Hi peeps! Been a busy month. Anyway, here are some of this month's orders:
29/09/2012 - This wedding cake order came from Wawa from Mantin, N.S. The first tier was lemon with lemon cream filling, 2nd tier was vanilla with vanilla cream filling and top tier was red velvet. The cakes are adorned with fresh flowers!
I love it when people order wedding cakes and actually serve the cakes to the guests. It's worthwhile making. I used to remember when I went to weddings and I would admire the beautiful wedding cakes - only to drool later because after the cake cutting ceremony, that was it! Hahahaha .. the bride and groom would just cut the cakes, take photos and that was it. :P Being a kid then, anything to do with cakes, desserts and candies were really tempting.
For all the wedding cakes I have made so far - all the tiers have been real cakes and all of the couples served their cakes at the weddings. I actually didn't mind waiting to cut and serve the guests with cakes - especially when I see kids waiting with their plates! :)
Anyway, congratulations to Wawa and Am. Looking forward to make more cakes for you! :)
